Click and collect T&C’s

Click & Collect Hours: Available for collection Monday – Saturday 12 pm – 3 pm only.
Please ring doorbell upon arrival outside of salon hours
Please allow one business day following an order placement (sadly cannot accommodate same-day Click & Collect orders)
Orders placed on Fridays will not be available for pickup until the following business day (Monday from 12 pm)
If you miss the 3:00 pm cut off time, the collection will then be moved on to the next business day
Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an email from the b-shop. team to let you now. Remember to bring a copy of your order confirmation email and photo ID with you to present to our friendly team.
Click & Collect orders will be kept at BODA Richmond for a maximum of 14 days. If after 14 days your order has not been collected, your order will be returned and a refund initiated. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be available in your account.
Photo I.D. and order confirmation email must be provided to staff when collecting items
