Shipping Destinations

BODA Hair Boutique currently ships Australia wide only.

Order Despatch

All orders will be shipped the following business day from the date the order is placed. For example, if you place an order over the weekend, it will be packaged and despatched on Monday

Shipping Courier

Your parcel will be delivered via Australia Post

Shipping Costs

  • Please note: aerosols can be shipped via car freight only if using Express Post due to shipping regulations at Australia Post

Click & Collect T&C’s

  • Click & Collect Hours:  Available for collection  Tuesday – Friday 12 pm – 3 pm only.
  • Please allow one business day following an order placement (sadly cannot accommodate same-day Click & Collect orders)
  • Orders placed on Fridays will not be available for pickup until the following business day (Tuesday from 12 pm)
  • If you miss the 3:00 pm cut off time, the collection will then be moved on to the next business day
  • Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an email from the b-shop. team to let you now. Remember to bring a copy of your order confirmation email and photo ID with you to present to our friendly team.

  • Click & Collect orders will be kept at BODA Richmond for a maximum of 14 days. If after 14 days your order has not yet been collected, your order will be returned and a refund initiated. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be available in your account.

  • Photo I.D. and order confirmation email must be provided to staff when collecting items

(Aerosol products can only be Express Posted via car freight only)

TRACKING

Once your order has been packed and sent, you will receive an email with a tracking code. To track your order, you can enter your code into the Australia Post website – http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Home Colour Kits are strictly non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer refunds if an item is faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please email us at hello@bodahairboutique.com.au within 7 business days of receiving your order.
