Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we only ship Australia wide. Please visit our Delivery & Returnspage for more information.
What are the postage costs?
We have two postage options – Parcel Post & Express Post.
Parcel Post costs $8.95 and usually gets delivered within 4 – 10 business days depending on your location.
Express Post costs $11.95 and usually allow 1 – 3 business days depending on your location.
We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $99.
Can I return my order if I purchase the wrong product or change my mind?
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns unless you have received faulty goods. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
When will my package be sent?
Packages will get shipped the following business day once order has been placed.
Are your B Store products cruelty free?
Majority of KEVIN.MURPHY products on our B Store are Paraben, Sulphate & Cruelty free.
Appointment Bookings & Cancellations
How can I make an appointment?
You can either book an appointment through our website using our online booking system or you can call us directly at the salon. Our salon contact details can be found on the Contact page on our website.
Please understand that our team is inundated with messages each day and therefore, we do not accept booking requests through DMs on our social media platforms.
Do I need to supply credit card details to secure my appointment?
Yes, you will be required to provide your credit card details at the time of booking, however nothing will be charged unless you are a no-show or late cancel. Please refer to our Booking & Cancellation Policy on our website.
How can I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment by calling the salon directly. Our salon contact details can be found on the Contact page on our website.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 50% penalty of your total service on the card captured at the time of your booking.
How much notice do you need if I wish to cancel my appointment?
BODA Hair Boutique requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. For further information, please refer to our Booking & Cancellation Policy on our website.
Will BODA charge me if I cancel my appointment?
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 50% penalty of your total service on the card captured at the time of your booking. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide reasonable notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment via email at hello@bodahairboutique.com.au or calling the salon directly. If BODA Hair Boutique cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. Please note: at BODA, we are extremely empathetic to any last minute medical or personal emergencies that impact a client’s appointment and will of course, offer discretion for any sudden cancellations.
Colour Services
Do I need to book in for a toner if I am getting my colour done?
The simple answer is YES! All lightening services require a toner as this is how we achieve your desired colour. If you have booked in for one of our BODA packages then the toners are already included in the price so you wont need to add this service onto it.
I’ve been using supermarket/cheap quality shampoo and conditioner. Will this affect my colour appointment?
If you have been using cheap products on your hair, we recommend switching over to a salon quality shampoo and conditioner (e.g. KEVIN.MURPHY and Wella) at least two months prior to your appointment. BODA cannot guarantee you will achieve your colour goals due to the way the colour can sometimes react with these supermarket brands as they contain a lot of synthetics and nasties. Please contact your salon if you have any further questions and one of the BODA Babes will be glad to discuss this in more detail.
I am a new client and I am wanting a big change with my colour. What should I book in for?
If you are after a major colour transformation, we recommend booking in for a free 15 minute consultation with one of our Stylists. Together you will be able to work out the perfect hair journey to achieve your desired result. To book in a consultation you can do this via our online booking system or call us directly at the salon.
What is the difference between your traditional services and the BODA Packages?
Our BODA Packages are a curation of our most popular in-demand services all bundled up. The Packages include your colour, toner, treatment, cut & blow wave. The best thing about these Packages is there are no hidden costs, and we guarantee that the price that you see on our website is what you’ll pay.
